Return & Refund Policy

At Amairah Candle Studio, every product is handcrafted with care. As our candles and home fragrance products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are a natural part of the crafting process and make each piece unique.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • A complete 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Please note: Claims for damaged products cannot be processed without an uninterrupted unboxing video.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Wax melts, wax sachets, and diffuser stones that have been used
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations can no longer be accepted as each product is handcrafted specifically for your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has commenced or the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

As each product is individually handcrafted:

  • Minor air bubbles
  • Slight color variations
  • Small frosting on soy wax
  • Minor differences in floral designs or decorative elements

are completely normal and are not considered defects.
