Processing Time

As our products are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. During festive seasons, sales, or bulk orders, processing may take slightly longer.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time.

Shipping Within India

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote locations may require a little extra time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website whenever applicable.

Packaging

Our candles and home fragrance products are carefully packed using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We take every effort to ensure your order arrives safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • A 360° unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, as we are unable to verify transit damage.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are entered correctly before placing your order.

Amairah Candle Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations or address changes cannot be accommodated.
