All of our products are handcrafted with care. As a result, slight variations in color, fragrance, texture, shape, or decorative details are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed before production and dispatch of your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Amairah Candle Studio reserves the right to cancel or decline any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been made, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted as each product is handcrafted specifically for your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Amairah Candle Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include a complete 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

8. Candle Safety

Candles should always be used responsibly.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
  • Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Follow the care instructions provided with each product.

Amairah Candle Studio is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.
