Returns & Exchanges

As all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A 360° unboxing video (starting before opening the package) is required to process any damage claim.
Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.

Hang or place in wardrobes, drawers, cupboards, bathrooms, or small enclosed spaces.
Avoid direct contact with clothes, fabrics, painted surfaces, and wooden furniture, as the wax or fragrance oil may leave marks.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
When the fragrance starts to fade, break the sachet into small pieces and use them as wax melts in a wax warmer (if suitable for your wax type), or simply replace with a new sachet.
